FACTS ABOUT AGAPE’S MOVE

Will Agape stay in Culver City or are we looking in other areas?
Agape would love to stay in Culver City and we are open to our perfect location in the greater Los Angeles area.
What kind of property is Agape looking for?
An approximately 50,000 sq. ft. facility capable of being reconfigured to provide a sanctuary, meeting rooms, classrooms, administrative offices, parking facilities for a minimum of 300, advanced technological equipment, and a state-of-the-art media production studio to better serve our online classes and live streaming community in 32 states and in 190 countries.

Potential Areas of Development:
- An Academy for Youth, establishing a preschool, elementary academy, middle and high school specializing in developing well-rounded citizens educated in the sciences, humanities, and arts, in preparation of delivering their talents, gifts, and skills in the world
- Health and Wellness, creating programs to house and feed the homeless, programs that provide affordable housing, provide traditional and homeopathic health care, health and wellness education training for our youth and young adults at-risk, conscious care for the elderly and infirmed and support and guidance for those in prison and facing long-term incarceration
- Increased contribution to Community Investment and Development, coordinating with other public and private sector programs to improve and enhance the social and economic infrastructures of the community at large and beyond. Specifically, Agape’s expanded programs will create jobs, assist families in earning a better living, teach and assist individuals in managing the economic and natural resources of the planet, and assist in creating locally owned and operated business enterprises that are aligned with Agape’s vision
Is Agape looking to lease or purchase a new building?
We would like to purchase a new building however, we are open to a short-term lease space while we buy and remodel or build our permanent home.
